Blush pink in color, Notorious Pink is inviting with a pleasant under-ripe strawberry, mango, and citrus zest scent with a crisp and refreshing mineral character.

?A very expressive bouquet with delicate fruits aromas of red berries, blackberries and black currant.Palate: On the palate it is full and delicious revealing slightly ripe red fruits flavors and subtly spiced notes. It offers a beautiful sweetness in mouth with flexible and silky tannins.

A direct press Ros? of pale, bright pink that offers refreshing ruby grapefruit notes mixed with ripe, juicy peaches and a touch of red fruit. Refreshing, flavourful and beautifully balanced.

The color is dark and velvety with deep purple and bluish tints. On the nose there is a dominance of red and black fruits. These fruits are dominant on the palate, mixed with mineralt and biscuit notes. The tannins that are present are still young but will soften with time. Pair with lamb, pork curry or soft chesses. A nice freshness for a wine without sulfites.
