This fresh unique blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of melon, vanilla and pineapple chunks, hints of caramel, sweet spices and some herbs and citrus notes from the Sauvignon. There is a good dose of fruit, vanilla, toast and butterscotch on the palate entry that changes slowly into light citrus and herbal flavours.

The terroir shows in this clean, mineral driven red wine. It displays a spicy and fresh nose with notes of blackcurrant and red fruits.

Intense nose with red fruit aromas combined with complex smokiness. Tight and focused tannins on the palate. Enjoyable now but requires a few years of bottle maturation to fully integrate aging notes. Very elegant and refined finish.
